Specially designed forgings are used to maximize strength, minimise weight and accommodate smaller pin diameters and lengths. Higher cylinder pressures need better ring sealing and CP Pistons' mirror finish, multi-step ring groove procedure ensures optimal performance. Our specially designed skirt cam and barrel shapes allow tighter clearances and reduced friction. All our off-the-shelf sports compact pistons are made to accommodate over-sized valves and higher lift cams.
