Featuring an anodised surge tank and CNC-machined billet components, the system allows the installation of one or two primary fuel pumps plus a dedicated lift pump, ensuring the surge tank remains full even during low fuel conditions and high-G cornering. The result is race-proven fuel delivery while retaining an OEM-style footprint and requiring no modifications to the factory fuel tank.

Note: Fuel pumps with 5/16" (8mm) outlet barbs, including Walbro 255 and various Sard fuel pumps, are not compatible with this kit.

Flexible Fitting Options

The billet hat is available with multiple fitting configurations to suit your fuel system requirements:

All ports use M18x1.5 female threads, allowing fittings to be changed or upgraded at any time.

Lift Pump Recommendations

The lift pump can be any fuel pump with a 38-39mm body diameter.

Recommended Lift Pump: Pierburg 7.21088.62.0

Fuel Level and Wiring

The supplied fuel level sender is calibrated with the same resistance values as the factory sender, ensuring seamless compatibility with:

• Factory instrument clusters
• Aftermarket digital dash systems when configured correctly

Connectors for the billet hat are included and supplied with both barrel-crimp and F-crimp terminals. Matching Nissan-style connectors are also available separately, allowing installation without cutting into the factory wiring loom.

Important Notes

• Fuel pumps are not included and must be purchased separately.
• The kit uses 10mm flexible fuel tubing throughout.
• Walbro 535 (F90000295) pumps do not feature internal check valves and require additional check valves when used in staged multi-pump configurations.
• Always consult your tuner when designing a fuel system to ensure it is suitable for your intended power level and application.
• FPG Tank Access Covers are recommended for improved clearance and easier wiring installation.
