Designed for serious performance and motorsport engines, this kit replaces the fragile OEM sintered gears with precision-machined EN26 billet steel components, ensuring exceptional durability at high RPM.
Compatible with 77 mm oil pump gear setups, this kit is suitable for all RB26DETT and RB25DET (NCVS & NEO) engines running N1 oil pumps or revised later‑model OE pumps.
Compatibility (77 mm rotor):
- Suits all Nissan RB26DETT
- Suits all RB25DET (NCVS and NEO)
- Compatible with N1 oil pumps and revised OE pumps using a 77 mm outer rotor gear
- Correct pumps can be identified externally by a backing plate with 7 perimeter bolts plus 1 centre bolt (8 total)
Not compatible with early 81 mm pump versions:
- Early RB oil pumps use an 81 mm outer rotor
- These feature 7 bolts total (including the centre bolt) on the backing plate
- A different gear set is required for 81 mm pumps

Notes
- It is the engine builders responsibility to ensure that all components are clean, undamaged and free running BEFORE and AFTER installation.
- Gears must be assembled initially with clean engine oil or assembly grease. Do NOT run dry!
- With the inner and outer gear sitting in front of you and the nose/seal diameter facing toward you, the outer gear should be laid over the inner gear with the “wave” profile in a clockwise orientation. The 2 wave “points” should be facing in the same direction (see assembly instructions).
- These gears are direct replacements for standard gears. If something doesn’t fit easily, then something isn’t right. You should not have to modify the housing and once installed, the gears should spin freely, with no restriction other than the oil seal.
